Change is going to happen, some changes are unexpected, and some are self initiated.  We can initiate a change with intention, motivation, and action, with what I like to call planning skills.  And then there are the reactive skills, where some changes we will need to develop the mindset and emotional agility to react and adjust.”

“…It can be an emotionally exhausting occupation and there was a time where I was experiencing compassion fatigue. The never ending need to help in my professional life and my personal struggles were overwhelming and impacting me physically and emotionally. Ariel was an empathetic listener and motivator. She empowered me to regain my balance. She helped me find focus and assisted with setting better boundaries. She was also kind enough to reach out to me even after our sessions concluded. I truly enjoyed my time with her and still use the invaluable tools she provided.”

“I came to Ariel looking for assistance with my anxiety and trust issues. We often used an anxiety workbook to help write out some issues that I was having and went over some different thinking techniques that proved very helpful. She is very hands on, and also very open to just discussion- whatever I needed that day. She was in sync to how I operate and how certain ways of doing things are most helpful for me. As a person, she is very friendly and genuine. This was the first therapist I had ever seen and I’m glad I chose her. “
